What is a credit?
Credits measure the requests Brandable handles for you. One credit is roughly one change.
- A typical request costs 1 or 2 credits, depending on its size. Only the actual cost is charged.
- A request that fails costs nothing, whatever the cause.
- You need at least 5 available credits to start a request.
- Your plan's credits are added every month. Unused credits expire at the end of the period: they don't roll over.
- Credits bought in packs are used after the month's credits, and stay valid for 12 months.

Billing questions
Do prices include tax?
No, prices exclude tax. Your country’s taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) are calculated and added at checkout. A business in the European Union that provides a valid VAT number pays no VAT: the invoice is marked as reverse charge.
Who issues my invoices?
Brandable sells its plans through Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record is Link, LLC, a Stripe company: it collects the payment, calculates and remits taxes, and issues your invoices and receipts. You will see “Sold through Link” at checkout and “LINK.COM*” on your statement.
Which countries can I subscribe from?
Countries where Stripe Managed Payments handles taxes: the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and many more. We ask for your country before checkout. If it isn’t covered, email us at contact@brandablelms.com.
Which currency am I billed in?
Euros if your organization is in Europe, US dollars elsewhere, for the same amounts. Depending on your country, a US dollar payment may be shown in your local currency, converted by Stripe. Country and currency are set at your first payment.
How does annual billing work?
For Essential and Pro, you pay ten months for a year: $290 instead of $348 for Essential, $490 instead of $588 for Pro. Credits are still added every month. Multi-site is billed monthly only.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your billing page. An upgrade applies right away, with the extra credits for the month. A downgrade applies from the next period. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you move back to the free plan, and your published design stays in place.
What about my exported theme if I stop?
It keeps displaying exactly the same way for all your users. Its licence stays valid for 30 days after the end of the paid period; after that, only site administrators see a notice.
How do I get a refund?
Email us at contact@brandablelms.com. Refunds go through Stripe and Link, which may also grant them directly within 60 days of a purchase. A refunded pack removes the matching credits you haven’t used yet; a fully refunded subscription moves you back to the free plan.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are a one-time payment, available on the free plan too, and stay valid for 12 months. On the free plan, these credits work on your dev and staging environments: publishing to production always requires a paid plan.
What happens to unused credits?
Your plan’s monthly credits expire at the end of each period. Credits bought in packs stay valid for 12 months.
